After the success of last September’s Open Day, I am again flinging open the doors to my Todmorden studio this Spring on Saturday 1st April!

There will be slightly extended opening hours this time, from 10am to 4pm.  As before, I will have my full range of products available to buy, plus some sale items, slight seconds and samples at reduced prices.  There will be a couple of new products on preview too.

I am also having a bit of a fabric stash and pattern clear out, so you might be able to grab a bargain!

I will have a large selection of tweed remnants and bundles for sale.  This time some of it will be available by weight, so you can mix and match to your heart’s content.

Of course there will be cake, my friend Kay Page will have a pop up cake cafe selling her delicious vegetarian and vegan creations. Kay is just starting up her own small business and I thoroughly recommend her amazing bakes!  There will be free tea, coffee and cold drinks.

And I will be running a charity raffle again too, with a prize hamper full of Beyond Measure goodies for the winner.

If you need more convincing that a day out in the beautiful Calder Valley is a good idea, see my (slightly updated) blog post about all that is good to do in Todmorden and surrounding area.

I really hope you can come!

Directions:
We are located at Unit 15, Quality Works, Rochdale RD, Todmorden OL14 7NA

By foot or car from the centre of Todmorden – follow the Rochdale Rd for about a quarter of a mile, Morrisons is on the left hand side.  Just past Morrisons on the right, you will see a large mill type building with a clock tower.  We are in this building.  Go to the far end of the building where the sofa sign sticks out.  Go through the large green gates and you will see some double wooden doors. Enter the building here and go up the stairs to the first floor and through the door on the right.  Turn right and Unit 15 is straight ahead.

You can park on the main road (please do not park in the area inside the green gates as this is for tenants only) or Morrisons have free parking for customers.

We are a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the train station and town centre.

Other info:

  • I will have a card machine operating for payments over the value of £10.  Wi-fi can be patchy so please bring cash if you can, especially for the raffle and cakes. There are several cash points in the town and at Morrisons.
  • The works space is situated in an industrial building with uneven floors, so please take care.   Sorry it is not wheel chair accessible but please contact if you have special access requirements and we will try and help.
  • All are welcome but children MUST be supervised at all times and not allowed to wander around the building unaccompanied. Entry to the building is at your own risk and Beyond Measure or the building owner are not liable for any damage to people or property.
  • Sorry no pets.
