Payment, Delivery and Returns

Payment:

All our website payments are processed through Stripe, a secure online payment system.  If you have any problems at checkout please contact us.  We can issue PayPal invoices if necessary.

Postage:

We will be at the Knitting and Stitching Show in London from 11-15 October.  Any orders received after midnight Friday 10 October will be shipped after Monday 16 October.  Thanks for your patience!

We try and keep our postage options simple by having a flat rate based on your shipping destination.

The current prices are as follows:

UK Royal Mail First Class: £2.95
EU Royal Mail Royal Mail International Standard: £6.00
Zones 1 & 2 Royal Mail International Standard: £10.00

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and it is usually much sooner than this.
If you need an item quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We can offer parcel tracking at additional cost, please get in touch with your requirements.

If you live in the Todmorden/Hebden Bridge area, we may be able to delivery locally free of charge.
Please contact us before you order.

Returns:

We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order.  If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.   You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
If items are received in their original condition, we will then process a refund via PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the following items are excluded from being returned:
earrings due to hygiene reasons and any made to order or custom items.
