Martha Dress is a timeless pattern combining effortless style and comfort. With its relaxed fit, 3/4 length sleeves, and flattering round neckline, it’s an essential wardrobe choice. Optional patch pockets add further functionality.

View A features wide sleeves with a deep inverted pleat at the shoulder seam, a horizontal tuck detail on the bodice, deep inverted pleats on the centre front and back of the skirt, and a deep hem.

View B has tapered sleeves, three shallower inverted pleats on the skirt, and a regular hem. Martha is perfectly adaptable to any season depending on fabric choice - opt for lighter fabric on warmer days to enjoy the flowy silhouette, or heavier fabric and layers on colder weather.

With no zips, buttons or darts, Martha is a stress-free sewing project, suitable for all skill levels. Please note that this is a printed paper pattern covering sizes 4-24, containing the envelope with the pattern sheet and instruction booklet.

About Dhurata

Now based in West Sussex, UK, dressmaking pattern designer and private sewing tutor Dhurata was born and brought up in Kosovo where she was inspired by people who knew how to make pretty much anything with their bare hands. After studying graphic design, Dhurata has worked with several creative businesses alongside her teaching. She now designs her own brand of dressmaking patterns for adults, babies, and children. They are accessible and adaptable as Dhurata believe that being able to make your own clothing is an incredibly valuable and enjoyable skill that should be available to all.
