Payment , Delivery & Returns

Payment:

All our website payments are processed through Shopify Payments via Stripe, a secure online payment system, or through PayPal. Please select your choice at checkout.  If you have any problems, please contact us.  

Postage:

We try and keep our postage options simple by having a flat rate based on your shipping destination and speed of delivery.

If you live in the Todmorden/Hebden Bridge area, you can arrange to collect in person, please contact us before you order.

The current postage prices are as follows:

UK Royal Mail Second Class: £2.50
UK Royal Mail First Class: £3.50
EU Royal Mail Royal Mail International Standard: £6.00
Zones 1 & 2 Royal Mail International Standard: £10.00

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and it is usually much sooner than this but during busier periods it may take a little longer. If you need an item quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We can offer parcel tracking at additional cost, please get in touch with your requirements.

Returns:

We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order.  If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.   You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
If items are received in their original condition, we will then process a refund via Stripe or PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the following items are excluded from being returned:
earrings due to hygiene reasons and any made to order or custom items.
