POSTING DATES

Our last posting day will be Friday 22 December but we can no longer guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after 1.30pm on Fri 22 December will be posted from 5th Jan 2024.

Postage:

We try and keep our postage options simple by having a flat rate based on your shipping destination. We are currently using tracked only services in the UK and Internationally.

The current postage prices are as follows from 1 Jan 2023:

UK Royal Mail 48 tracked : £3.50
UK Royal Mail 24 tracked: £4.50
These delivery (24, 48) times are estimated from despatch and not guaranteed.

EU £15 - order value UNDER £130/150 Euros* and up to 2KG
Rest of World £18 up to 2KG

Rest of the World Royal Mail International Standard up to 2KG: £18.00

We use a tracked service which costs us a minimum of £3.50 in the UK, even for a letter sized parcel. With standard untracked, we found we were doing a lot of chasing of lost/delayed parcels. Then we have the dilemma of whether to send items again (so we lose out on stock) or make the customer wait (not great service). It is not a very effective use of time and resources when running a business.

With tracked services, goods are insured for loss which is important for us and you as a customer. You can also see where your parcel is using the tracking number, and when it is due for delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived as expected, please check your order or dispatch confirmation email to view parcel tracking number through Royal Mail Track and Trace.  

Most parcels that have gone astray are being held at your local depot - please take ID and tracking number if making enquiries.  Also do check with neighbours, in sheds or safe place for missing parcels before contacting us. Also check that the address you gave us is correct. If not, we will not be liable for any missing orders.
International orders should be fully trackable, depending on your country, though sometimes they do get stuck in customs for a while - please be patient as we have no control over the parcels once they leave our premises. 

Payment:

All our website payments are processed through Shopify Payments via Stripe, a secure online payment system, or through PayPal. Please select your choice at checkout.  If you have any problems, please contact us.  

Returns:
We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order.  If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.   You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

If items are received in their original condition, we will then process a refund via Stripe or PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the following items are excluded from being returned:
earrings due to hygiene reasons and any made to order or custom items.
