Payment , Delivery & Returns
We will be closed 24 Dec to 3 Jan inclusive but you can still order online, dispatch will be after 3 Jan.
We try and keep our postage options simple by having a flat rate based on your shipping destination. We are currently using tracked only services in the UK and Internationally - this is due to strain being put on postal services around the world during the Covid pandemic and it enables us to ensure your parcel is delivered more quickly and efficiently.
The current postage prices are as follows from 1 Jan 2021:
UK Royal Mail Second Class tracked : £3.50
UK Royal Mail First Class tracked: £4.50
Rest of the World Royal Mail International Standard: £18.00
If your parcel has not arrived as expected, please check your order or dispatch confirmation email to view parcel tracking number through Royal Mail Track and Trace.
Most parcels that have gone astray are being held at your local depot - please take ID and tracking number if making enquiries. Also do check with neighbours, in sheds or safe place for missing parcels before contacting us. Also check that the address you gave us is correct. If not, we will not be liable for any missing orders.
International orders should be fully trackable, depending on your country, though sometimes they do get stuck in customs for a while - please be patient as we have no control over the parcels once they leave our premises.
All our website payments are processed through Shopify Payments via Stripe, a secure online payment system, or through PayPal. Please select your choice at checkout. If you have any problems, please contact us.
We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order. If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
If items are received in their original condition, we will then process a refund via Stripe or PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the following items are excluded from being returned:
earrings due to hygiene reasons and any made to order or custom items.
