I have the perfect pin cushion to put into this base, I have circulation problems with my hands so the warmth of the wood helps.

I love this book- and I’ve already made 2 projects. It’s a self care book- a feel good book and I love that Ethos. The instructions are well written too, so easy to follow. I’ve used fabric from my stash for the Boxy Pouch and the basket. I use them to keep my HRT and supplements in- sticking to the theme of menopause and self care . And I found a beautiful silk scarf on Vinted for £3 so I’ll use that for the eye mask, so that’s my next project. And I’m excited to make the cover up, I have some gorgeous fabric just waiting for it. Thank you to Kay and Jenny for writing a book I didn’t know I needed.
Love the soft colours of these Paintbox threads which are so enjoyable to embroider with. Its hard to choose colours on line but I was not disappointed with my small order. I'll be adding more colours to my collection very soon. Great service too - dispatched swiftly and arrived quickly too.

Thread remains smooth whilst sewing. No kinking, lays flat. I loathe sewing with metallic thread until I used Sajou. Very very pleased.
I am very happy with my stitch ripper made from Yew. It came promptly and was really nicely packaged. It seems sturdy and I bought a replacement blade to go with it so am hoping it will last a lifetime
