about the maker
*Our tiny tin version is now listed separately here*
I fell in love with these little tins by Yorkshire artist and jeweller Leigh Shepherd. Leigh creates the little drawings herself and they are set in resin in the lid. Perfect for your pins, buttons, needles and bits and bobs.
The medium tin interior measures 30 x 55mm and 9mm deep approx.
Contents not included but you can add a small pack of 20 copper bulb pins (great as stitch markers). They also work well with our beeswax thread conditioner.

Absolutely delighted with my two medium tins made by Leigh Shepherd.
The artwork, one is a snowdrop & the other an acorn are delicate and perfect. I will happily purchase from Leigh again at Beyond Measure.
The customer service from Beyond Measure is second to none, always very helpful and keeps their clients well informed.
Leigh has been working as an artist and jewellery maker since 2007, exhibiting her work at art fairs and in shops and galleries throughout the UK. She works from her home studio in Haworth, West Yorkshire, creating a range of mixed media pieces, art cards and jewellery. A passion for upcycling and a desire to make affordable, quirky pieces has been her inspiration.
