This lovely and useful thread collection from Aurifil of Italy contains 5 spools of neutral colour thread on little cherry wood spools.
Aurifil’s 100% Cotton 80wt/2ply thread is the finest weight in the Aurifil family. Such a thin thread is perfect for a variety of techniques, including English Paper Piecing, Hand Applique, Machine Embroidery, Machine Applique, Free Motion Quilting, Free Motion Couching, and more.

70/10 or 80/12 Microtex/Sharp or Embroidery Needle (80wt in the bobbin)
#10 hand sewing needle - Tips: For hand sewing, use a short length of thread, around 12”-18” to reduce tangling and breaking.
