Be inspired by these busy Sewing Bees from Leigh Shepherd.

Based around an original vintage Sylko reel, the honeycomb is made from folded, painted and varnished paper and filled with honey coloured resin.  The little bee is handmade by Leigh from thread, felt and wire and the piece is completed with a threaded sewing needle.

Each one measures 5.5cm high by 3cm wide. It will be sent carefully wrapped in tissue paper and boxed.

We welcome suggestions about how we can improve our approach.
