Bohin Tracing Fabric Marking Kit

An easy to use fabric marking system for transferring embroidery designs etc onto fabric. Best used on pale, smooth fabrics such as cotton and linen.
The kit contains:
1 x blue double tipped water soluble marking pen
1 x water brush pen for removing lines after stitching
3 x sheets of re-usable tracing fabric size 30 x 50 cm, 12 x 20 inches
HOW TO USE:
- Trace your pattern onto standard paper or tracing paper (use a pencil or fine permanent pen). This ensures that your original pattern/book will not get marked or damaged.
2. Place one of the tracing fabric sheets over the traced design, secure with weights or masking tape if needed and trace the pattern onto the tracing fabric using the blue water soluble pen. (This means that you can later wash out the pattern and re-use your tracing fabric).
3. Now position the design on the tracing fabric on top of your own fabric. Secure with pins or weights if needed. Trace over the blue lines on the tracing fabric again, with the blue pen. The pen will mark through to your fabric layer beneath.
4. Remove the tracing fabric to see your design!
5. After stitching, the blue lines can be removed by gently dabbing your base fabric with the aqua pen, or washing, or spraying with water. The lines can be removed from the tracing fabric with a gentle hand wash in cold water.
