These beautiful ceramic button sets are made in the UK by Caroline Barnes. Each button is handmade from porcelain clay and is decorated using metallic decals with a glazed finish. The images are created from vintage sewing images.

Each set comes mounted on a fabric strip on a presentation card. Fabric strip colour may vary.

Please note: button design may vary. Please contact us or leave a note at the checkout if you have specific requirements and we will do our best to help. The images pictured are not necessarily the exact strips that are currently available.

Hand wash only - please do not put in a washing machine.

Small/Medium ceramic buttons

Love, love, love these! They are a lovely quality and great if, like me, you like to make your own cloth journals and stitch books. I think they would suit many sewing projects and offer a gentle, vintage air to pieces.. Grace was as always supper helpful when I wished to see the buttons before buying. She emailed me images so I could choose (sadly, I don’t live near enough to see for myself in the shop). I always find that contact with Beyond Measure is excellent and they bend over backwards to help you find the perfect item. I really recommend these buttons; they are larger than they look in the photograph so check measurements of you are buying for a clothing garment there is a great choice of sizes.
