We try and keep our postage options simple by having a flat rate based on your shipping destination. We are currently using tracked only services.

The current postage prices are as follows from 1 Jan 2023:

• UK Royal Mail 48 tracked : £3.50
• UK Royal Mail 24 tracked: £4.50

We send goods all over the World, but we have currently paused EU shipping whilst we navigate new EU regulations.

We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order.  If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

Please note that the following items are excluded from being returned:

• Earrings due to hygiene reasons
• Any made to order or custom items.

o Ensure mounting surface and method of fixing is strong enough to support the item and contents. Use fixings that are suitable for your wall.
o Hang item using instructions and fixings provided.
o Check for pipes and electrical wires before drilling walls.
o Do not hang over electrical heaters or other items that may be damaged in case item falls from the wall.
o Do not overload the item.
o Use only for intended purpose and storage of intended goods.
