We aim to please and hope that you will be happy with your order.  If you are not happy with your item/s and wish to return anything, then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the items as instructed in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

o Use punch only for intended purposes. Keep fingers/hair away from punch bits when using.
o Store punch and bits in a sturdy case or container out of reach of children and pets.
o Follow care instructions to maintain correct use of punch and avoid damage to punch bits. Do not use if blades are dull, bent, or chipped. Avoid improper use on inappropriate materials.
o Wear clothing/footwear to cover body and avoid injury if punch is dropped.
o Work on a stable surface with a cutting mat in a suitable and well-lit environment.
o Do not run or walk on slippery or unstable surfaces whilst holding punch.
